BugAware 6.0 is in development and we expect to have a release ready early October.

A major new feature introduces the concept of support queues. This allows users in a support team to access incoming support tasks equally via the Team tasks functionality previously restricted only to Managers. In addition to the support queue we are also introducing mail box processing which will allow tasks to be emailed into the support queue and processed automatically by BugAware.

BugAware 6.0 Beta will be available for preview at the end of this week. Please contact techsupport@bugaware.com if you would like to be involved in the beta, and a test account will be created for you.

BugAware 6.0 BETA is now available. Logins will be sent shortly to those who have requested access to the beta.

Features include :

Mailbox processing
User Groups
Improved Interface
Unicode Support (Cyrillic, Chinese etc)
Help Desk Support Queues

Additional New Features to BugAware 6.0

You can now have a unique list of statuses, types and urgencies per system/project or component.

Task Type is now displayed and can be changed when editing a task.

It's not too late to try the Beta. If you would like to preview version 6.0 functionality just contact us.

As you would have noticed - BugAware 6.0 has been released. The user documentation has also been updated, and we are working on a more detailed - "how to" guide. If you have any questions at all regarding the new features and how to get started ask away.
