09-09-2007, 5:58 AM admin Joined on 08-05-2006 Posts 42 BugAware 6.0 BugAware 6.0 is in development and we expect to have a release ready early October. A major new feature introduces the concept of support queues. This allows users in a support team to access incoming support tasks equally via the Team tasks functionality previously restricted only to Managers. In addition to the support queue we are also introducing mail box processing which will allow tasks to be emailed into the support queue and processed automatically by BugAware. Task Type is now displayed and can be changed when editing a task. It's not too late to try the Beta. If you would like to preview version 6.0 functionality just contact us.    Report
